Return and Exchange Policy

 

At THEPINKANDLAVENDER, we are dedicated to offering our customers top-quality products and outstanding service. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are committed to resolving the issue. 


Please review our return policy and exchange policy for damaged, missing, or defective items outlined below: 


Product Disclaimer: Our handmade products may exhibit slight differences in color, size etc. due to the craftsmanship, adding to each item's unique charm. While we aim for consistency, please note that no two products will look  exactly the same. We meticulously package and deliver our products to shipping carriers but due to their delicate nature, minor blemishes , bends,  may occur during shipping and handling process. These issues can usually be fixed with simple glue or adjusting it to right position.


Proof: To process return claims for damaged items fairly, please record a brief video or take detailed photos while unpacking your order. This will serve as proof of the package's condition upon arrival. Please follow these steps:

  • Begin recording before opening the package.
  • Clearly show the unopened box with our label.
  • Capture the unpacking process, focusing on any visible damage to the packaging or items.


Evaluation and Resolution : We will review the provided evidence and assess the extent of the damage or defect. We may request additional information if necessary in that process.  To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.  A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns. Depending on the damage or defect, we offer the following resolution options:

  • Replacement: If the item is still available, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost and ship it as soon as possible.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, we can issue store credit for future purchases on our website.


Missing or Damaged Items: If shipping carrier misplaces or loses your order during transit, carrier is responsible for such issues. We are not liable for packages that are misplaced or lost once in career's possession. If you find any issues, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. If you receive the wrong item, color, or size, please report it within 2 days of delivery. To resolve the issue, we may require video/photos and/or the return of the original item. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit.


Return Policy and process: Any products purchased  from the website and our online market places like facebook, etsy, instagram  cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. For customer-initiated returns, the customer must cover the shipping label cost. For returns due to our error, we will cover the return shipping fees.
